Watchlist Screening

The Watchlist Screening capability provides PEPs/Sanctions screening through an integration with ComplyAdvantage. To use it you must have an existing Comply Advantage account. Contact your Jumio Account Manager to discuss setting up a ComplyAdvantage account. Once ComplyAdvantage creates your account, you'll receive a verification email, with a link that will grant you access to your ComplyAdvantage customer portal.

The ComplyAdvantage customer portal will allow you to update new users, manage API keys and manage your watchlist. See ComplyAdvantage Portal Configuration.

Once you have configured your ComplyAdvantage account you provide configuration details in the Jumio Portal by going to Settings > Identity Verification > Watchlist Screening.

If you are migrating to the Jumio Platform from an earlier Jumio version, contact Jumio Support to change your ComplyAdvantage user access. It is important to note that the old ComplyAdvantage API key will be deactivated during migration, so the new user must create a new API key from the ComplyAdvantage portal and update it in the Jumio Portal under Settings.
